SHIPPING TIMES AND CONDITIONS
To know all the details about the shipping conditions of a certain product/s (shipping costs, shipping time, and/or if the delivery address is within the limits established by Ecosmart Riders), you can access the shipping cost calculator integrated into our website, and confirm both data. To do this, you must access the cart, once you have selected the product(s) you wish to buy and have added them to it. And at the bottom of the cart screen, you will be able to access the shipping rate calculator.
Orders will be processed within 24/48 hours (not counting weekends or national holidays), after which the customer will be informed at all times of the status and update of the shipment. On weekends and holidays there will be no shipments or deliveries of orders.
When the delivery area of the order is outside the limits established by Ecosmart Riders, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, these shipping costs may vary depending on promotions and special offers.
Shipping times vary depending on the Country / Geographical Area, so they will be detailed later, establishing a margin of 7 days for unforeseen events, to make any claim, as long as when the delay has not been caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.).
Ecosmart Riders™ is not responsible for the loss or damage to the merchandise during transport , for which it suggests the contracting of insurance by the client, who must request it from Ecosmart Riders™ in a reliable manner.
Factory direct orders
Products that ship directly from the factory will explicitly state this on the product page. In these cases, an approximate delivery date will always be indicated. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, nor will returns be accepted until received by the customer. Once you receive it, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Ecosmart Riders™ is not responsible for delays that may arise during transportation, and/or loss or damage to merchandise during transportation, for which it suggests hiring of an insurance by the client, who must request it from Ecosmart Riders™ in a reliable way.
We can ship to most countries in the EU, and UK. In these orders the delivery time can take between two to eight days, but we can not guarantee an exact delivery time. So if 14 days have passed since you placed the order and you have not received it, please contact us
The client will have 48 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After these 48 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company. In the same way, it is convenient to record the transport company.*Other destinations consult email@example.com
