TIMES AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
To know all the details about the shipping conditions of a certain product/s (shipping costs, shipping time, and/or if the delivery address is within the limits established by Ecosmart Riders), You can access the shipping cost calculator integrated into our website, and confirm both data. To do this, you must access the cart, once you have selected the product(s) you wish to buy and added them to it. And at the bottom of the cart screen, you will be able to access the shipping rate calculator.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends or national holidays), after which the customer will be informed at all times of the status and update of the shipment. On weekends and holidays, orders will not be shipped or delivered.
On weekends and holidays, neither shipments nor deliveries of orders will be made. When the delivery area of the order is outside the limits established by Ecosmart Riders, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, these shipping costs may vary depending on promotions and special offers.
Shipping times vary depending on the Country / Geographical Area, so they will be detailed later, establishing a margin of 7 days for unforeseen events, to make any claim.
In the case of products that are not in stock in our warehouse, they will be labeled "Pre-Order " , "Pre-Reservation", "Coming Soon", or any other indication of similar characteristics, the delivery time will be indicated for that specific product, establishing a margin of 15 additional days to be able to formulate any claim by the client, and/or request a refund, as long as the delay has not occurred due to force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc).
We can ship to most countries in the EU, and UK. In these orders the delivery time can take between two to eight days, but we can not guarantee an exact delivery time. The customer will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or failure with the shipment.
